UPDATE: SHIRTS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. Callie was able to raise the funds needed and had an incredible week on her mission trip. Thanks for any and all support!
One of my favorite and greatest blessings of marriage was inheriting three new sisters. As a sister of two brothers, this has been such a joy in my life. Callie, Ethan’s youngest sister, has a special place in my heart. She loves Jesus, she’s uneasily flustered, she’s sassy and hilarious, and she just gets me. I have seen her grow in her faith and her love for the Gospel over the past eight years in a way that challenges and encourages me consistently. She has a love for serving others and sharing Jesus with people she meets. She has been an amazing blessing in my life, and I want to do whatever I can to bless her in some way in return.
That’s why I was happy to help her with a fundraiser she has going on to raise money for an upcoming mission trip to Boston. She is very involved in her college ministry in Clinton, Mississippi and has the opportunity to travel to Boston over spring break and work with a church plant there in the city. I spent a week in NYC with her this past summer watching her serve a church plant there, and I saw her really understand the Gospel and the urgency to share Jesus with the lost.
I got to see her in action, whether she was selflessly sweeping the park, comforting a crying child, or just reminding the group with her positive attitude that we are third and we were there to serve.
So I wanted to spread the word about her adorable t-shirts – she’s taking orders now! She came up with the design and verse and I just helped her put in on a shirt. I’d love to help her raise the funds she needs for her trip entirely.
You can also order the print as an 8×10 if you’d rather have a print for your home. All proceeds will go to Callie! Here’s the link to order one of those. Happy shopping!
